Refund Policy

All digital products, services, e-books, and recordings, being non-tangible cannot be refunded or exchanged once downloaded or viewed. Completing your purchase at any time means that you are in agreement and will adhere to the policies of The Brandy K. By using this website and completing any desired products or services, you signify your acceptance of the above policies and terms of agreement. All digital products are sold as is. Digital Products can not be reformatted and/converted to other formats.

Any customer requesting a return of tangible product must ship items back to the The Brandy K headquarters within 30 days of the original order date. Unless items are damaged while being delivered, the cost of shipping returned items is the responsibility of the customer. Store credit is available for accessories and other unwanted items via e-gift card that will be valid for 1 year. Exchanges will not be processed. You will be refunded for your return and you will be required to place a new order for any desired items.

E-Download links stay live for 30 days before they expire. Please download your digital downloads within the given 30 days to avoid a $10 look up and restocking fee.

Scheduling Policy
​
All sessions are non refundable. In the event that you are a no-show you will be allowed to reschedule your session once. After two no-shows your session will be forfeited and you will be required to book a new session to acquire a new session time. All session times are listed on EST time. If you are located is a different time zone, please bring that to our attention or make accommodations with your given time.

Shipping Policy
​
The Brandy K's goal is to provide top notch customer service and super speedy shipping times. In order to make sure that we accommodate all of our valued customers and clients, we ask that you take a second to look over our Terms and Conditions and Contact Us if you have any questions!

Standard delivery arrives within 5-8 business days (this does not include the two days needed to process your order), but may take up to 10 business days from date shipped, except for holidays. Standard delivery includes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Packages will arrive within 5-8 business days, Please allow an additional 3-7 business days from the shipped date for international orders.
The Brandy K is NOT responsible for any custom fee's required to be paid once delivered. Please check with your postal service on any fees you may have to pay before placing your order. We will not refund any shipping charges if a package is sent back due to fees not being paid or for any unclaimed packages. You will be charged a restocking fee of 25% for any items sent back due to non payment of custom fees. If the package is sent back and received past the 30 day return policy you will be issued a credit for use on your next order, we will not issue a refund for any orders received past the 30 day return policy.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number from USPS or mail carrier will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us using the link at the bottom of our page.
**Note to Customer: We cannot be responsible for items in the event that you are out of town and there is valid proof of delivery.
International Shipping

The Brandy K will ship orders internationally to select countries via USPS. Express shipping to international territories are NOT available at this time, which may be subject to change at a later date.
